On Friday, St Olave's held a hugely successful coffee morning (which actually lasted all day!) in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. All the staff and Year 2 were busy baking cakes and biscuits to sell to all the other children during their break-times. Parents were then invited at the end of the day to have a tea or coffee and choose one of the delicious cakes. Many of them were served by some of the children from Year 2 who also helped with the clearing up at the end. The school ended up making £801 for this charity so a huge thank you to all the parents and children who baked or bought a cake. Well done!
