Year 6 visit Hampton Court Palace

On Monday 17th October we went to Hampton Court Palace to help us learn about the Tudors.

We travelled by train and arrived at 11.00, we then walked the short distance to Hampton Court Palace. Once we got there we looked around the beautiful gardens, which had a huge pumpkin! Most people found four leaf cloves! After we finished walking around the kitchen garden, we had our workshop learning about Henry VIII, which was extremely interesting! We were able to explore the Palace in the afternoon and we all really enjoyed walking the corridors that Henry VIII once roamed!
