Outstanding Teaching Assistant Required
We are seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our committed and dedicated team at St Olave's Prep School.
This role would suit an experienced primary practitioner who understands the importance of nurturing relationships, high expectations and individualised support. Experience of providing successful 1:1 support for children with additional learning, emotional or pastoral needs is essential.
The successful candidate will be caring, proactive and resilient, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals to ensure every child flourishes.
A Level 3 NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent qualification) is desirable.
